In my first few weeks at WWH, I wanted to create a mission statement- an elevator pitch to introduce users to our brand. Leading with our clear brand identity, I used skills in art design, motion, voiceover and copywriting to tell the story of a reliable start up that leads with knowledge and incredible service.

Postcard Marketing Campaign

As official water heater retailer for the nationally accredited Asian American Hotel Owners Association, we acquired access to a database of over 7,000 member addresses for a targeted campaign. Using data driven content I designed a double sided postcard, submitted addresses for mailing and saw immediate business impact. There was over 15 postcard driven sales within one week.

‘Scents of Humor’ Riddle Campaign

As the business name evokes, my candle company is VERY serious. With a clear point of view that evokes silliness, I created a campaign to drive engagement and spark creativity. Throughout the week, I released four riddles on Instagram to announce a new candle fragrance. The first person to guess correctly won a free candle! It was highly popular and great fun. March Madness Bracket

Duck Duck & Goose’s audience is a rowdy bunch and what better way to bring people together and tear them apart than by creating a March Madness bracket to help decide the official name of Duck Duck & Goose stans. Users campaigned for their favorite and one ultimate winner was named: The Quacks.

Digital Trick or Treat Campaign

Who says Trick or Treating can’t be for adults? My halloween campaign had two purposes: A) to engage and B) to increase account creations. This digital trick or treat function brings the user to our website to view the treat- a coupon and the main action button below is our link to create an account. Facebook and Instagram insights showed over 100% increase of impressions from the previous month.

Turkey Giveaway Campaign

With the intention of increasing our MailChimp audience, I designed an in-person “Turkey” giveaway raffle contest (no turkeys were harmed, the prizes were grocery store gift-cards). With each order you provided your name, email and phone number to receive one raffle entry. At the end of the campaign I increased our subscriber list by over 10%.

Tech the Halls Holiday Campaign

With clear results from our Thanksgiving raffle, we decided to finish the year with a bang. To increase engagement and celebrate our clients I designed our “Tech The Halls” gifting promotion. The more you visit, the merrier your chances to win cutting-edge tech prizes. Our first email of the campaign was opened by almost 50% of our audience with over 25% of those users engaging… I offered a free entry if you responded.
