During my time at PSE Group, a specialty paint distribution company, I spearheaded website enhancements that significantly increased sales over 2023 by 45% while improving customer experience. By leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Shopify reporting and SEO data, I analyzed ‘sessions by landing page’ data to increase conversion rate optimization opportunities by 12%.

At Parachute Home, I conducted user research to design a versatile Shopify ‘add on’ feature for the website which generated $180k in revenue during two retail weeks surrounding Memorial Day 2024. I strive to integrate ecommerce efforts with broader marketing initiatives, aligning digital and in-store experiences for a cohesive brand presence.
Throughout my career, I have utilized a hands-on approach to gain experience in both the front and back end of the Shopify platform to better serve direct reports across all segments of the business.
